Plan Design

FBA401k understands the importance of designing and tailoring a plan that will best suit your needs now and in the future.  Plan design, communication, and perception can ultimately determine the success of a plan.  Plans can be designed to meet certain employer objectives such as attracting and retaining employees, benefiting key employees, maximizing contributions and maximizing retirement benefits.  The following Plan Design services are available:

Defined Contribution Plans - Defined Contribution plans are a company sponsored tax-deferred retirement savings plan.  The two primary types of Defined Contribution plans are 401(k) plans, which allows for employee contributions, and Profit Sharing Plans.

Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plans - Non-qualified Deferred Compensation plans are an additional option for companies whose highly compensated employees are not able to maximize their plan contributions under a Defined Contribution plan.

Non-Profit Plans - Non-profit plans are a tax-deferred retirement plan specifically for non-profit organizations.
